SIWI DATES

It is also known in Egypt as Saidi dates. It is the most famous date in Egypt and is distinguished by its good price and good quality. There are two famous types:

• Valley dates:

Its color is light brown and its sweetness is medium. It is considered one of the best types of Egyptian dates, and there are two types: Kharga Oasis and Dakhla Oasis.

• Oasis Dates:

Its color is dark brown, the flesh is very sweet and thick, with little fiber. The seed is full, its length is equivalent to half the length of the fruit. Its fruits can be preserved after collecting them for a long time.

Both types of Siwi dates are distinguished by their ability to be stored for long periods while maintaining their quality and taste.
